Amendment to existing permission ref SD23B/0182. Retention permission for a two-storey extension to the front with a gable.

First-floor extension to the side; New gable to the front over the first floor; Canopy over the front door and garage entrance; Widen vehicular access.

Increase in height of first floor side wall in order to provide a gable end roof in lieu of existing hipped roof and conversion of attic space incorporating 2 dormer roof windows to the rear elevation; associated site works.

The development will consist of Modifications to previously permitted Planning Application reg/ref SD20B/0147 to include: The construction of a new side extension at first floor level (above converted garage): new rooflight to front roof; minor modifications to internal layout at ground and first floor levels; modifications to fenestration at first floor level in rear elevation; and all associated site works to existing semi-detached 2 story house at Edenbrook Park

The development will consist of the provision of a new front rooflight, a new pitched roof with side gable in lieu of existing two-storey pitched hipped roof, a new side gable window, a new rear dormer and associated attic conversion, with sundry associated works and exempted development works ongoing, all to existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling house

Proposed alterations to existing flat roof over ground floor extension at rear complete with perimeter parapet wall at 3.52m high, alterations to pitched roof over first floor to allow for new fixed stairs up to attic landing (5.84sq.m), to include replacing existing hipped roof at left hand side with new raised gable wall complete with raised landing window to side/west elevation with extended ridge roof construction over. Include for 12no. new solar PV panels to front / southern elevation (total area = 23.76sq.m), together with internal alterations & associated site works at 15 Edenbrook Park, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14
