SD08A/0723, and the site is therefore currently vacant/cleared. The proposed 4 bedroomed dwelling house is of similar design and size to that granted under Ref. SD08A/0723) but not completed under that permission). The current proposal also includes for some ancillary site works including the realignment of existing gates, railings and piers to the inner (adjacent) site with the proposed roof of the house including 10 'Velux' or similar roof lights.
