Ballyboden St. Endas GAA, Camogie and Ladies Football Club intend to apply for permission for development at this site at Pairc Uí Mhurchu, Firhouse Road, Dublin 16. The development will consist of a single storey extension of 130.95sqm with fully retractable roof above, to the front of the existing clubhouse, as it faces the car park, to create an internal / external terrace with small serving area for snacks, teas and coffees etc. and seating area for the use by the club members of the Ballyboden St. Endas GAA, Camogie and Ladies Football Club. The development will also consist in the reorganisation of the car park; as well as the provision of additional bicycle parking spaces.

The removal of an existing temporary office container and installation of a new 53.4sq.m single storey structure comprising office, meeting room, storage and coffee shop all for the use of by Ballyboden St Endas GAA Club.

The removal of existing storage containers at the rear of the existing clubhouse and construction of extended single storey changing facilities, storage areas and meeting room. The works also include internal alterations to male and female wc areas.

Retention Permission for a) single storey extensions to enclosed entrance lobby sun room and family room and b) second storey extension to bedroom 2 c) all associated siteworks.
