Construct new two storey extension to side with attic store & Home Office incorporating new dormer window to rear of existing and proposed roofs with rooflights to existing and proposed roofs to dwelling. 4. Construct new single storey extension to rear of dwelling. 5. Construct new bay window and front entrance door/screens to existing front elevation with tiled roof canopy over. 6.
