A flat roof dormer window to the rear of the existing roof, a new access stairs to attic space, and three roof windows to the front roof plane plus all associated site works.

Permission for first floor extension to the front & side of the dwelling; Permission for demolition of existing chimney; Retention for conversion of existing garage to habitable space; Retention for alterations to front elevation; Retention for widening of existing site entrance and all associated site works.

Ground floor extension to the rear with a flat roof partially wrapped around the existing single storey side extension and a hipped roof continued along the side wrapped around to the front and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

Hipped roof with roof lights over the side extension returning over the front porch and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate development.

Ground floor partial rear extension & side extension with pitched roof over with 4 no. roof lights over. Pedestrian access gate in side boundary fence.
