Raising of the existing gable wall and forming a dormer structure to the rear and associated works. The space will consist of new bedroom. There is a frosted window proposed on the new gable wall.

Retention of a single storey flat roofed extension to the rear for extended kitchen usage; two storey extension to the side with hipped roof over for an office space and additional bathroom space; single storey extension to the side with flat roof over for a porch and relocated front doors; window at ground floor to the side elevation; resized first floor window to the side elevation; canopy over rear sliding doors.

The decommissioning and removal of the existing below ground District Regulating Installation enclosure and install a new above ground 5.5m x 1.1m x 2.3m (LxWxH) enclosure to house a natural gas District Regulating Installation with all ancillary services and associated site works.

Demolition of existing garage and kitchen extension and construction of new bungalow dwelling in the side garden with the provision of a new site entrance to serve the new dwelling and other associated site works
