The development will consist of a partial demolition of the existing single storey rear extension, construction of a new single storey rear extension, new front porch, new front window, widening of the front entrance, new garden room outbuilding at the rear garden and all associated site works

Retention of a single storey 27sq.m shed to the rear.

Two storey extension to side and front of existing dwelling and dormer to rear roof to allow for attic conversion incorporating porch to front of house.

Construction of a first floor extension to side of dwelling over garage consisting of: 2 bedrooms, rooflight to side of new roof; single storey extension to existing kitchen to rear of dwelling consisting of extended dining area; widening of driveway and all associated site works.

Amendments to the front elevation of the existing dwelling and the construction of a first floor extension to the side of the existing dwelling comprising new bedroom and reading room with balcony over a new single storey extension to the rear comprising new dining area. Permission is also sought for the conversion of the existing attic space to accommodate new office space with new dormer window to the rear and roof lights to the front along with the widening of the access route to accommodate vehicular access along with dishing of the existing kerb to Ballyroan Road and all other associated ancillary site development works. Retention permission is sought for the widening of the existing vehicular entrance piers to 3.25m previously completed.

Demolition of the roof to the existing extension to rear and the erection of an additional 26sq.m single storey family room extension to rear with flat roof and rooflights to both extensions and for the extension to the side of existing hipped and pitched roof over existing converted attic and the erection of a flat roofed dormer window to rear pitch, together with new door and windows to side at ground floor and interior alterations.
