The development seeking permission will consist of the construction of a dormer window in the main roof to the rear of the house, and two rooflights in the main roof to the front of the house as well as changing the existing main roof hip to a gable with (with window) along with all associated site works.

The construction of 2 no window openings to the new gable wall at 1st Floor Level. 4 Moving of the front door 500mm forward and the associated modification of the roof canopy over the front door to protect 400mm beyond the front wall.
