The proposed works will also include the conversion of an existing garage space to the gable-end of the dwelling, with a new window to the front elevation and the construction of a new main entrance porch extension to the front elevation, together with alterations comprising the widening of the existing vehicular site entrance to provide for access for 2no. vehicles, together with all ancillary site works.

Retention permission for widening of vehicular access.

The development consists of the conversion od the existing garage into a habitable room with provision to provide a single storey extension to the front and all associated site works
