Demolish existing single storey extension at rear and side of house, erect new ground floor extension to side and rear of house, erect a new first floor extension at rear comprising of bedroom & en-suite and all associated site works.

Divide the site into two plots, erect a 5 bedroom, detached 3 storey house in the rear garden of site, new boundary walls, 2 car spaces to front of house and all associated site works. The entrance to the new house exits on Shackleton Way.

The development will consist of the demolition of existing extension to rear, proposed construction of a two-storey extension with flat roof to side + rear of existing dwelling and a new single storey flat roof extension to rear of dwelling. Overhang to front entrance relocated to side extension. Proposed new 2200mm block boundary walls to divide rear garden - future separate planning application to rear garden.
