Retention of the bathroom window to the first floor rear extension

(1) Formation of a first floor extension over existing garage to include bedroom and shower room including 'Velux' roof light to hip of main roof; (2) a single storey porch extension to the front of the existing house; (3) widening of the existing vehicular entrance. (Note: The works for a single storey extension currently underway to the rear of the house are being progressed under exempted development).

1 ) Front ground floor Extension of 16sqm comprising of extensions to living room and hall (2) Rear ground floor extension of 32sqm comprising of a kitchen and dining room (3) First floor side extension of 24sqm comprising of bedroom and bathrooms (4) Modifications and extensions of existing house roof (5) Attic conversion in to a study room including the addition of a rear dormer window all with associated internal modifications landscape and drainage works.

The development will consist of extensions and alterations to the existing two storey dwelling as follows. 1. Ground floor extension to front of dwelling (part of) 2. Conversion of the attic space to habitable accommodation with an extension to the rear of the dwelling at this level. All will include associated elevational changes and site works.

Demolition of existing ground floor single-storey side kitchen and garage, and the provision of new two-storey side extension with side rooflight, the associated extension of existing two-storey pitched roof with new front rooflight, new ground floor single-storey rear extension with rooflights, new rear attic dormer and associated attic conversion, new external insulation to existing front (south) and rear (north) facades, new bike and bin store in front garden, and widening of existing front vehicle entrance, all with sundry associated works, all to existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling house.

Part demolition of garage and removal of single storey sheds to the side and rear of existing two storey semi-detached dwelling; construction of a new two storey extension to the side with hipped roof; new part single storey, part two storey flat roof extension to the rear with roof lights over the ground floor; roof lights to the front, side and rear of the main roof; new entrance canopy and alterations to the main entrance door at ground floor; associated site works.
