(1) A single and two storey rear extension to consist of a kitchen, lounge and dining area at ground floor and a bedroom at first floor. (2) Conversion of the existing attic space for use as a study/playroom with a dormer window to be implemented to the rear. )3) General internal remodel of dwelling at ground and first floor to suit the proposed layouts. All drainage structural and associated site works to be implemented.

The development will consist of: Construction of a new louvered screen with access door to the front and side at ground floor level to screen a bin storage area behind, and the construction of a single storey flat-roof extension to the rear.
