Replacement of existing septic tanks to two number existing dwellings with two number individual domestic wastewater treatment systems to current EPA standards each domestic waste water treatment system serving a single dwelling and all associated site works.

The development will consist of change of use of existing agriculture buildings (561m2) and yard area on a site of.2016ha for the storage of green waste for transportation to a licensed composting facility and the storage of certified compost which is intended to be sold for use as animal bedding and fertilizer and all ancillary development. The proposed activity requires a Waste Facility Permit from South Dublin County Council.

Demolish existing garage and connecting wall to house to modify the existing house; block window and change existing windows to large sliding door opening and form new dormer windows and ridge roof light to roof on south east elevation; demolish chimneys; form new entrance canopy and decorative piers from new dormer windows and dormer roof extension and change windows and door ope to north west elevation; raise first floor gable window head heights; new door and ground floor window to north east gable and re-roof entire house with new selected roof tile as well as change all elevation finishes to brick cladding on new external insulation; carry out internal alterations including increase first floor bedroom space into existing attic.
