The proposed development will consist of alterations and extension of the existing dormer dwelling to provide for the demolition of the existing single storey rear return and the construction of a new single storey flat roof rear extension (circa 45 sq.m) to provide a kitchen, dining and family area and the relocation of the existing window on the south facing elevation serving the existing shower room at ground floor level to the east facing elevation.

Conversion and extension (circa 3.8sq.m) of single storey garage to provide an additional bedroom; raising flat roof by circa 515mm to match the height of flat roof at rear.

Retention of a take-away food outlet.

Change of use from Laundrette to Take Away use at ground floor level with associated minor internal removal works; removal of existing gable windows; upgrading of existing shop front with associated site development works, bin storage, drainage and signage.

The development consists of the construction of a new ambient storage warehouse and all associated site works

The development will consist of the installation of a new free-standing signage display at the eastern boundary of the site, with associated lighting and site works.
