Construction of new single storey front extension, single storey rear extension and conversion of attic to storage room with rear dormer structure and associated works.

Proposed dormer roof to the rear roof slope at existing attic level plus two number velux roof lights to the front roof slope plus first floor front extension over existing ground floor extension also two box style windows at first floor level located on existing side gable plus alterations to existing ground floor rear extension to consist of change of roof style from gable roof to flat roof and all associated site works.

Remove the existing rooflights to the rear tiled roof and form a new dormer structure to the rear tiled roof with a flat roof, external finishes to match existing and retention of the rooflight in the existing front tiled roof.

Removal of chimney from roof and attic level; Hip build up into gable end with window, dormer roof window on and 1 rooflight on rear slope of roof; attic conversion with W.C. all at attic level; removal of existing front canopy and construction of new canopy; Alterations to 2 existing ground floor front Bay windows.

Demolition of existing side extension and canopy; construction of a new three bed, detached dwelling with new vehicular entrance and new porch to existing dwelling.

Conversion of attic space to an sensory room and storage area, provision of new bay window to sitting room, porch and covered side passage. This will involve the partial reduction of the main hip by the building up of the existing gable wall, the provision of a window in this gable and the construction of a dormered extension with two windows to the rear.
