Demolition of 2 buildings containing 4 single storey 'Golf Suites' and their replacement by the construction of two wall plate dormer staff accommodation units with a setback building line, pedestrian access from the access avenue to Finnstown Castle Hotel, landscaping, all associated site development works and services. The existing parking spaces service the 'golf suites' will be removed in accordance with the grant of permission issued under planning, Reg. Ref. SD14A/0168, and new parking spaces will be provided within the existing carpark and new car parking area to be developed on foot of planning, Reg. Ref. SD14A/0168, at Finnstown Castle Hotel, a Protected Structure (Ref. No 112)

3.85m high single storey extension (area 583sq.m) to the existing Leisure Centre Building; the extension is located to the west and south of the existing building and will comprise of leisure centre/fitness facilities including reception area, gymnasium, fitness studios and ladies and gents changing facilities; vehicular access to the development will be via the existing access road to Finnstown Country House Hotel. Permission is also sought for car parking to serve the development, landscaping and all associated ancillary site development works.

Construction of a detached single storey bungalow to be used as a hotel manager's house; connection to existing foul sewer; access off existing access road to Finnstown Castle Hotel and all associated site works located within the curtilage of a protected structure, RPS Ref. 112.

Permission for a new single storey pitched roof extension (c.184sq.m) to north side of existing function room building with design features (parapet, windows, render finish) and height (c.7.2m) to match existing; all site drainage and landscape works. Permission is also sought for the retention of minor modifications to the internal layout of the kitchen, store rooms and toilets adjacent to the existing function room (c190sq.m in total).
