The proposed increase does not require the construction/provision of any new buildings/structures or any alteration to the current site layout, drainage and operations. The development will require a review of the Industrial Emissions Licence granted by the Environmental Protection Agency. An Environmental Impact Statement has been submitted with the planning application

The hardstanding area for agricultural use in an existing agricultural field, (approximate area of hardstanding area - 0.058 Hectares)

To erect 4 No. flagpoles; 1 No. 8.00m high and 3 No. 6.00m high along with ancillary site works

Those items which differ to that granted under Planning Permission ref 20/6 namely A) Blockwork boundary wall to rear of site B) Minor elevational changes to existing building C) Front boundary entrance wall D) Tarmacadamed turning area for refuse trucks adjacent front boundary wall E) Revised Site Boundaries F) Revised landscaping details G) Minor revision and carparking area H) Storage shed to rear of site connected to existing services and all associated site works I) shipping containers and racking and Planning Permission for new Signage to front wall of existing steel fabrication warehouse.
