Site planning risk brief

To carry out alterations to the North & West facing external walls of my shop with all associated site works including associated signage

The previously carried out change of use from dwelling house to shop store area, Retention Permission for the previously constructed first floor extension over same containing a one bedroom apartment and for Planning Permission to make alterations to the building including new porch area & first floor windows with all associated site works

A) retain conversion of domestic garage to living accommodation and b) permission to build first floor extension over the converted garage including associated site works

The refurbishment, alterations and extension to the ambulance base. The ambulance base comprises of two buildings separated by a yard. The main building adjoins the city wall. Our Lady’s Hospital is identified for protection as a Structure of Regional Status (Ref. No. 221050817 on the N.I.A.H. Register). The City Walls of Cashel are a National Monument and a Protected Structure. The proposed works will comprise of internal alterations, upgrading to improve energy performance, the construction of a small extension, new roof finishes and the provision of photovoltaic panels on the main building and the construction of a canopy over the yard

Alterations & upgrades to existing Nissen Hut building including new external finishes, internal layout alterations, refurbishing the existing viewing area & constructing a new permanent canopy with all associated site works
