Construction of a two storey dwelling house with conservatory, a detached garage, demolish their existing cottage, relocate the existing site entrance and provide a new effluent treatment system, together with all associated site development works and services

Constructed minor alteration to the plan and elevational change to same from previous granted permission Ref No. 07/679, with all associated site work

An extension and renovations to the existing dwelling

The development of a cattle house incorporating cubicle beds, scraper passages, slatted tank, straw bed calving area, and all associated works

1. the construction of a detached two storey dwelling and a single storey domestic garage. 2. To form a new connection into the wastewater sewer and rainwater storm sewer and also, the Irish Water network /public water main. 3. The construction of a multi-purpose play area with synthetic surface and fencing to the rear of the property (in the private garden area). 4. The construction of a site entrance, driveway, parking areas, footpaths, patio and hard landscaping areas. 5. The comprehensive landscaping of the site consisting of new lawn areas, planting beds, trees and shrubbery, hedging, fencing, garden walls and all associated site works and 6. planning permission is sought for the development of a serviced site, as per the requirements under the cluster housing guidelines

The construction of a new Inlet Pump Station, a new Balance Tank, and a new Aeration Tank to replace the existing infrastructure. The upgrade also includes new Air Blowers, a new Sludge Tank, a new Final Clarifier, new Chemical Storage facilities and a new Electrical Control Panel. The upgrade also includes the construction of a reinforced concrete bund to house the upgraded Wastewater Treatment Plant and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
