Ready-mixed concrete plant (comprising a feed ramp, 1 no. feed bin, 1 no. feed conveyor, 5 no. aggregate storage bins, a batch conveyor, a mixer house and 2 no. cement silos) with associated hard and soft landscaping and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground. The proposed development will operate from 07.00 hrs to 18.30 hrs Monday to Friday inclusive and from 08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs on Saturdays inclusive (no operations on Sundays, Bank and Public Holidays).
