Revisions to previously approved permission (Ref. 19/600500) (a) Alterations to site boundary. (b) Alterations to layout of playing pitches, training areas, satellite changing rooms, walking track, car-parking, set-down areas, playground, sensory garden, outdoor classroom, dog park, outdoor exercise area and equipment, landscaping, public lighting, boundary fencing, ball nets, tiered viewing areas, hard landscaping and planting throughout the site. (c) Single-storey pavilion building in lieu of approved two-storey pavilion building, to accommodate changing rooms, cafe, multi-purpose community room, gymnasium, meeting rooms, storage and toilet facilities. (d) Omission of single-storey machinery / maintenance building. (e) Revised site drainage works including surface water infiltration and foul drainage connection (f) Revised site boundary works to existing and new boundaries

Revisions to previously approved permission (Ref 20/710. (a) Alterations to site drainage works for the sports pitches, including surface water attenuation in lieu of approved surface water infiltration soakaways (b) New surface water discharge to the River Clashawley, via adjoining lands and all associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement has been submitted to the Planning Authority

Changes to previously approved planning permission for a Primary Care Centre (Planning Ref no. 22/60289) to consist of: a) reduction of overall building height from three storey to two storey, b) changes to building footprint and elevations, c) changes to landscaping, planting, and drainage adjacent to the proposed building and d) relocation of bicycle parking

The changes to previously approved planning permissions (Planning Ref no. 22/60289 & 23/60796) for a Primary Care Centre at this site. The changes consist of the following: a) the omission of an on-site roundabout in place of a connecting road, b) the relocation of mechanical plant to the roof of the main building, c) the provision of louvred screens on the roof of the main building to screen mechanical plant

A) primary care centre comprising of part two-storey and part three storey building and single storey services building. The Primary Care Centre facility will provide HSE health and social care services and General Practice and associated meeting rooms, administrative offices, staff accommodation, receptions and ancillary uses. b) external works to the building include signage and provision of PV panels. c) new vehicular access from Rocklow Road with car and bicycle parking, a set down area and footpaths, waste store and pumping station. d) public lighting to car-parking and walkways throughout the site. e) landscaping and planting throughout the site. f) site drainage works including surface water infiltration and foul drainage connection. g) site boundary works to existing and new boundaries
