(a) demolition of existing single storey extensions and outbuildings (b) construction of new single storey pitched roof extension to side and rear (south west and north west) of existing dwelling with alterations to existing elevations (c) existing septic tank to be decommissioned and replaced with septic tank and filter system constructed on site and polishing filter (d) all associated site boundary and site development works

The following: a) to close existing field entrance and to construct a new farm entrance to their lands with associated boundary hedge set back, onto public road R688, b) provision of new farm roadway and associated works incorporating alterations to field drains c) alteration to existing farm entrance onto public road L3273, including entrance set-back and associated boundary set-back

Retain indefinitely the single storey extension to the side of my dwelling, increased site area from that previously granted under planning ref no. (05/1646), revised site boundaries and all associated site development works

Construction of (i) slatted shed with loose straw bedding area incorporating underground effluent tank, dung stead and crush/handling yard, walled manure pit (ii) hardcore yard and all associated site works

Demolish detached garage, extension and garage attached to dwelling. Construction of a domestic garage, extension to dwelling, modifications to dwelling and entrance and all associated site development works.

The erection of 50 dwellings on a site area of 2.9 Hectares to be accessed from a new entrance junction at the R688 (Clonmel Road) and more specifically described as: 8 no. two storey three bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 20 no. two storey four bedroom semi detached dwellings, 22 no. two storey four bedroom detached dwellings, 120 no. car parking spaces (100 no. spaces for dwellings, 20 no. visitor spaces) and private, communal and public landscaped amenity spaces, internal estate road network, pedestrian pavements, inter-site boundary walls and fences, new perimeter site boundary walls and fences, undergrounding of existing overhead electricity supply cables to the development site, public lighting, public drainage and water services connections, replacement of the existing defective storm water attenuation tank and pipework serving the Knockeevan estate, removal of 3 no. existing house foundation floor slabs and associated site development works
