(1) for construction of a 20 unit milking parlour complete with dairy, stores, meal bin, collection yard and holding pin (2) permission for conversion of existing open shed into cubicles and (3) permission for retention of as built effluent tank and all associated site works on our farm

An amendment to the planning application previously granted permission under planning reference 20/972. The previously consented planning application included the construction of 9 turbines with maximum overall ground to blade tip height of up to 150 metres, associated foundations and hardstand areas; new site entrances, upgrade of existing site entrances; new on-site 38KV substation and all ancillary site works. The proposed amendments to the previously consented application comprise: (1) Increase the tip height of the turbines from 150 to 156.5 metres and increase the rotor diameter from 133 to 136 metres (3) Reconfiguration of a number of the consented hardstand layouts and associated changes to internal access roads (4) Minor Adjustments to the red line boundary (5) Provision of LiDAR (This application is accompanied by a NIS)

A ten year planning permission for a renewable energy development with a 40-year operational life (from the date of commissioning of the renewable energy development). The entirety of the development constitutes the provision of a 9-turbine wind farm and all associated works on lands in both Counties Tipperary and Kilkenny. This development comprises part of an overall development for which planning permission is also sought for a 38kV substation in the townland of Killeen, Co. Kilkenny. A separate planning application will be made for an underground grid connection to Tipperary County Council and to Kilkenny County Council. The proposed development will constitute the provision of the following: • Construction of up to 9 turbines each with a maximum overall ground to blade tip height of up to 150 metres and associated foundations and hardstand areas; • Construction of new site entrances and upgrade of existing site entrances; • Internal wind farm underground power and communications cabling; • Upgrade of existing access tracks and provision of new site access roads; • Removal of existing Meteorological Masts and construction of 1 new Meteorological Mast for monitoring wind speeds with a maximum height of up to 85 metres; • Site drainage network • Construction of a new temporary site compound for use during construction; • Two Borrow Pits • Construction of a new on-site 38kV substation The planning application will be accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement

A ten-year appropriate period planning permission for development of this site: the proposed development will constitute the provision of the following: the installation of 2.25 km of 38kV underground grid connection comprising cable ducting and associated electrical cabling and all other ancillary works including joint bays, culverts, maker posts and all associated developments. Advisory Note: The full extent of the grid connection is 33.8 km, and a separate planning application will be made for a underground grid connection to Kilkenny County Council. This development comprises part of an overall development for which planning permission was granted for a 9 turbine wind farm and all associated works on lands located in the townlands of Farranrory Upper, Farranrory Lower, Coolnashinnagh and Gortnasmuttaun, Co. Tipperary. The planning application will be accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement

Proposed amendments to the previously consented grid connection granted under pl. ref. 21/1620 to comprise of: a) increase in number of joint bays along the extent of the grid connection from a total of 35 to 45 joint bays, b) grid connection to be operated at 38kV but installed to a 110kV underground cable design standards/infrastructure, c) minor adjustments to the route and red line boundary (Advisory Note: The full extent of the grid connection is 33.65 km and a separate amendment planning application will be made for an underground grid connection to Kilkenny County Council)

A temporary Meteorological Mast and associated site works that will operate for a further 3 years, it will retain its finished height not exceeding 80m above existing ground level consisting of a lattice tubular frame, guy wires and ancillary equipment
