The construction of 6 covered range bays & golf studio building incorporating utilities space with all associated lighting, 4 external range bays and a safety netting along the southern boundary of the range with all associated site works

Development consisting of the construction of a 100MW battery energy storage system (BESS) with associated balance of plant, equipment and buildings including:a BESS building of 8m height, 82m length and 44m width (comprising of the ground floor a battery rack room, meeting room, contractor/storeroom, wet room, UPS room, switch gear room, WC, Transformer rooms, inverter rooms, and on a mezzanine floor a HVAC/store room); 2 no. 905m3 firewater storage tanks, an 853m3 underground surface water attenuation tank, an 1030m3 underground firewater retention tank, a 110kV electrical substation and control building of approximately 5.2m height and an access and circulation road with new junction onto the local road, footpath, 8 no. car parking spaces, 3 no. retaining wall structures up to a height of 3m and native tree and scrub planting, 3m paladin security fence, and all other associated site development works including surface water and foul drainage required to facilitate the development

The proposed development will consist of the upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment plant to increase the treatment capacity, comprising of: the construction of 1 no. partially below ground screened storm overflow chamber; the decommissioning of the existing inlet works and the construction of a new above ground inlet screening works area; the construction of 1 no. partially below ground storm overflow weir chamber and 1 no. partially below ground stormwater overflow flume; 1 no. partially below ground splitter chamber and 1 no partially below ground clarifier tank; and ancillary development including associated underground chambers, cabling and piping and all associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this planning application
