Construction of an astroturf playing area with security fencing, floodlighting and ancillary works

Construction of new single storey extension to the north-east elevation and to the rear of existing primary school building, to accommodate 3 no. mainstream classrooms with ancillary accommodation including w.c.s and new boiler house. Ancillary works to include: minor elevational alterations to existing school building; removal from site of existing boiler house; removal of 1 no. existing temporary prefabricated unit; removal of 1 no. existing covered shelter and removal of existing oil tank and installation of new enclosed (1.8m high fencing) oil tank and all associated site works

Construction of new 5m high ball-alley wall on the north east corner of the site and all associated site works

Construction / installation of 1 No. single storey temporary prefabricated unit to accommodate a mainstream classroom with ancillary accommodation including wc's and all associated site works

For construction of; 1) a single storey extension to the southwest elevation of the existing primary school, to accommodate new ASD Unit comprising of 1 no. classroom, corridor, sensory room, para-educational room and ancillary school accommodation to serve same, 2) to construct new sensory garden to serve ASD Unit, to be enclosed by 2m high fencing with a side access gate on northeast side of the sensory garden and 3) to construct new single storey extension to the northwest elevation of existing school building to accommodate a disabled access W.C. including any modifications to existing structure to accommodate proposed works to widen existing vehicular school entrance and all associated site works

Development of 7 no. serviced sites together with all associated site development works to include entrance, roads, footpaths, underground services, connection to existing sewer and boundary treatments
