The amendment application will consist of permission to amend the design of the approved development which comprises consent for a nursing home and hospital development (i) To connect drainage pipes underground from the approved hospital to the new pumpstation at Arden Vale, currently under construction (permission ref 2560027), (ii) To erect a contiguous boundary treatment (400mm Concrete Capped rendered block wall with 2000mm Powder coated Steel Railings - Total height 2400mm, with 900mm Native hedge partition line (2 Staggered Rows) along the western boundary at 82 and 152 Arden Vale to match that currently being constructed at the western boundary of the pump station to the houses at 92 and 119 Ardan Vale (permitted under planning reference 2560027) (iii) Landscaping changes to the site at the location of the approved hospital pumping station on plans, and (iv) project lifetime proposed to be extended from 5 to 10 years (expiry for development to be completed to 14 December 2031)
