Modifications to previous application granted Planning Permission Ref No 09510340 for the demolition of 2 no houses & the construction of 30 no. houses, consisting of 4 no- 2-bedroom houses and 26 no 3-bedroom houses and all associated site works. The modifications seeks (i) revised site layout, road alignment and increased car parking (ii) open space changed from hard landscape to soft landscaped area (iii) modification to internal layout of houses (iv) reduction in roof pitch angle, (v) elevational changes from stone facing to brick facing, (vi) unit 23 change from 3-bed detached to 4-bed detached, (vii) unit 15 changed from semi-detached to detached bungalow and all associated ancillary site works
