Alterations to previously approved permission for a 59-bedroom part two-storey extension to the existing nursing home (ref no 2260531) to include a first-floor plant room on the northern (right) side of the original approved single-storey portion of the extension, a first-floor extension on the southern (left) side of the original approved single-storey portion of the extension which will increase the bedroom numbers of the proposed extension to 62-bedrooms and minor elevation changes to the proposed window opes. A retention permission for an increase in the width of the northern ground floor wing extension extending into the inner courtyard, the retention of a minor increase in the overall footprint of the approved extension necessitated by building control applications (and permission for the corresponding increase on first-floor level) and associated site works
