Demolish the existing house and outbuildings and to construct a Residential Care Centre (Nursing Home) complete with external works including altered road entrance, sewage pumping system, on site surface water disposal and water storage for fire fighting on their property. The works will include altering the road entrance, demolishing the existing house and outbuildings, construction of the new Care Centre with its associated external works and connections to public utilities and will include a pumped rising main for sewage, in the public road. It will include a wetlands system for disposal of surface water and construction of a tank for storage of water for firefighting. It will also include works to site boundaries

Alter and extend the existing building, by extending the existing building, by extending and widening the Link Corridors at the rear of the building, complete with associated works, St. Anne's Secondary School is a Protected Structure (RPS Ref. No. 3 and associated Protected Structures are Ref. Nos 4 & 5)

Construct a Social Area complete with alterations to the existing building, to access and connect to the Social area and to widen existing corridors on the approach, complete with associated works and external works. The works within the curtilage of protected structures, namely St. Anne’s Secondary School (RPS No. 3) and associated protected structures on the site (RPS Nos. 4 and 5). The development will consist of the construction of a new single-storey school building measuring 380 sqm, providing 2 no. special education needs classrooms, a multipurpose room and a graphics design lab, together with associated sanitary facilities. The development will also consist of the demolition of an existing single-storey prefabricated building. The development will include a new fenced soft play area, an accessible parking space, connections to public utility and drainage services, and all associated site works
