Works to be carried out on our existing building which is a protected structure RPS: TRPS1757 and NIAH Building ref: 22204605. The works to be undertaken are as follows: a) walls to be repaired and rendered, b) to repair existing timber windows, c) repair and construct a new roof to the single storey section of the dwelling and finish with a new thatched roof, d) replace existing thatch with new thatch, e) repairs to be carried out on existing chimney and chimney stacks, f) repairs to be carried out to existing doors and door surrounds, g) repairs and reconstruction to existing front boundary wall along the public road, h) construction of a new ground floor to the proposed sitting room of the dwelling, with all assocated site works and Retention Permission for the rebuild of the front boundary wall and changes to the front elevation of the existing dwelling

To construct extension to dwelling with upgrade measure to the septic tank and percolation area to treatment system and polishing filter and improvement to and relocating existing entrance with all associated siteworks

Construction of a new dwelling house, detached garage, treatment system, entrance together with all associated site works

The development of cattle house with slatted tank, cubicle beds, calf house and calving area, also to demolish existing cattle house and all associated works on my land

Construct a new concrete silage slab together with associated site works

Permission to construct a manure pit together with all associated site works
