For the construction of a single storey extension to the north east elevation of this existing dwelling and all associated site work

For alterations and extensions to an existing building consisting of (a) change of use of ground floor to retail unit no. 1 (b) relocation of access stairs to ground floor layout (c) change of use of existing first floor to office usage incorporating 2 new windows to side wall, (d) proposed erection of single storey extension to rear incorporating retail unit no. 2 (e) new shop front signage (f) incorporating associated and auxiliary internal accommodation (g) together with associated and auxiliary site works (h) this application is to include for the retention of the current use of a section of the ground floor as retail (this is a Listed Building)
