Make alterations to previously approved Planning ref. 17/147 for a retirement village. The application consists of replacement of 116 bed Nursing Care Centre, Community Meeting Room Building, removal of hardstanding and vehicular access to Village Square and associated works with Proposed 58 Nr. Assisted Living Units, New Landscaped Parkland and External Padel Tennis Court along with associated amendments to Car Parking, Drainage and Internal Road Layout and all associated site works

Retain and complete a kitchen extension (14.5 sqm) at the original house floor level, a single storey extension at garden level (21.5 sqm) and the addition of a basement level store (14.5sqm) below the kitchen extension, to the rear of the dwelling house and associated and ancillary site-works

(A) subdivide existing site, (B) Demolish part of existing dwelling, (C) New Vehicular Entrance & (D) Change of use from garage to mews dwelling with front single storey extension and all associated site works

Retain existing carport, pergola and associated site works.
