Construction of a proposed new storey and a half type dwelling with detached garage, septic tank, percolation area & all associated site works.

Convert existing garage to bedroom, robes and en-suite, construct a single storey rear extension's incorporating kitchen & sitting room, internal modifications and renovation to existing dwelling and all associated site works

Alterations from that previously granted under file ref 18/6065 and 20/6233. Permission is sought to construct a domestic garage as per revised plans submitted. Retention permission consists of the following (a) the retention of the increased ground floor space area of 6 sqm located on the front/side of the bungalow and 10 sqm to the rear with 5 sqm on the ground floor and 5sqm on the first floor, (b) revised window arrangement to the front façade of the bungalow section together with all associated site works

Proposed design alterations to previously granted house plans under file reference number 18/6065 and for retention permission of works to partly constructed dwelling. Permission is sought for the following alterations, (a) for the construction of a parapet flat roof over the middle joining section located over the entrance hall, (b) for the construction of three box windows located on the first floor side elevations, (c) to slightly relocated the site entrance to the west of the site and (d) for additional height of 550mm over the sitting room side of the dwelling together with permission to complete the dwelling as per revised plans submitted. Alterations proposed to be retained and completed from that previously granted planning permission are as follows (a0 the retention of the increased ground floor area of 40 sqm and 22 sqm on first floor, (b) retention of the side corner window located in the living room, the projected bay window located in the sitting room, additional windows on the front and side elevations together with the retention of the length of the front windows, (c) for the retention of the reduced finished floor level of 215mm and (d) for the retention of the reduced height of 450mm over the bungalow section together with all associated site works

Construction of a replacement dwelling house and domestic garage all in place of existing dwelling and storage shed proposed to be demolished. Permission is also sought to install a septic tank and associated percolation area together with permission to decommission existing septic tank and to construct a new domestic site entrance with adjoining new front site boundary together with all associated site works.

Construction of a single storey side extension together with modernising existing front porch and to carry out external and internal renovations with all associated site works. Permission is also sought to decommission existing septic tank and to install a new treatment system and associated polishing filter.
