The development comprising of 7 No. one and half storey, three bedroom detached dwellings and a landscaped area of quality public open space and will include a new footpath and underground services along the adjoining access road and connection of sewers, surface water and all ancillary services the development of 22 detached dwellings, currently under construction Planning ref 13/6001

The development comprising of 7 no 4 bedroom detached dormer dwellings, including new access road off existing estate road and landscaped area of quality public open space and will include a new footpath and connection of underground services and connection of sewers, surface water and all ancillary services serving the new Clog Na Leinn phased residential development. The development will include the completion of the Irish Water surface water attenuation system and the relocation of the public open space area s part of an integrated services masterplan which supersedes the area allocated in the area allocated in the previously grant of permission Planning Ref 13/6001

The development will include the construction of a single 3 bedroom dormer dwelling accessed via and connected to the ancillary services and sewers of the new road infrastructure under construction

Retention of rear garden dividing walls constructed in precast concrete post and plank with treated timber panels in lieu of plaster and capped dividing concrete block walls (Planning Reference 13/6001)

Minor modifications to House Type D as follows: increase in ridge height from 6.94m to 7.43m setting back side living room wing by 0.98m, increase depth of side gables, increase in total gross floor area from 206.5sqm to 224 sqm adjustments to location and position of rear roof lights, additional roof light to side of front gable roof and minor revisions to internal layout. House Type C Retention of roof light on front sloping roof.

Permission for changes to House type A and House type D as follows: House type A revised dormer roof with new rear facing gable to accommodate a replacement bedroom at first floor level, internal revisions to ground floor layout omitting the bedroom to increase the floor area of the kitchen and a smaller study and accessible toilet. House type D revised dormer roof with new gable fencing the access road accommodating an additional fourth bedroom at first floor level and revised glazed front porch area.
