The change of use of existing building from an Industrial Unit into a Fitness Centre. The proposal includes conversion of 2 sub units into 1 unit, alterations to ground floor internal layout, conversion of existing first floor area from office to fitness class studio, blocking off existing stairs and provision of new access stairs to first floor area, extension of first floor area, addition of mezzanine floor with access stairs, conversion of single access door to double doors at northwest elevation of the building

To RETAIN the part change of use from light engineering/ technology to a retail area (24.5sqm) at the front (southwest) of the building (Speedyparts) and all associated site works

Construction of a first floor extension to the side of existing dwelling to include two bedrooms and a landing and a ground floor extension to the rear to include a dining area and construction of a detached garage at the rear with all ancillary site works

Reconfiguration and extension of ground floor and first floor office areas and a new mezzanine office area at second floor level within existing industrial unit, to include a new door and alterations to existing windows and new elevation treatment to all elevations and proposed solar panels installed on roof and all associated site works and services

Proposed new 2 storey Enterprise unit consisting of 4 No. light Industrial Units for start-up & Incubation Business in the food industry, including single storey maintenance and staff canteen units with associated PV Panels, New signage, new covered EV charging carport with associated PV Panels, adjustment to existing site entrance gate to provide new pedestrian entrance gate, extension to existing internal access road with new carparking layout, loading areas, bicycle parking including stands/shelter, external bin, bicycle and liquid gas stores, all associated hard and soft landscaping, public lighting, connections to existing services and to carry out all associated ancillary site works above and below ground

(a) the change of use of the existing building from an Industrial Unit for car repairs, as permitted under Planning Reg. No. 00/384, to Storage Warehouse (700SqM) including associated trade shop (76 Sqm), (b) internal alterations, (c) provide new illuminated signage to west elevation and (d) carry out all associated site works. Retention Permission is also sought for 2 No. existing storage sheds (106 SqM)
