To construct a dwelling house, garage, treatment unit and percolation area and all associated site works at Creggan Lower, Athlone, Co Westmeath.

The development consists of the retention of a commercial garage/workshop, ancillary support buildings and all associated site development works

Planning Permission for change of use and to extend existing garage to form a self contained one bedroom living unit and all associated site works

Development which will consist of the construction of a concrete services yard, approx. 46m long by 25m wide, with a total area of approx 1,150 sqm surrounded by a 2.4m high pallisade fence located to the east (rear) of the main 3m healthcare building. Facilities within the yard to consist of (1) fire water tank approx. 9.9m diameter, 10.6m high (2) single storey pump house approx. 10.2m long, 3.6m wide and 3.4m high (3) electrical room approx 4.1m long, 3.1m wide and 3.5m high (4) relocation of existing emergency generator approx. 10m long, 3m wide and 3.5m high and new bunded diesel tank. The construction of a services bridge approx. 28.5m long, 2.7m wide and 8m high from the services yard to the rear of the existing 3m building with maintenance access stairs to same including all associated site works and services

To construct a single-storey rear extension onto our existing childcare facility and to extend existing car parking facilities and associated site works

The alteration of four existing exit doors located along the southern façade of the existing KCI building and the northern façade of the adjacent Signature building in order to provide entrance/exit doors including new access ramps, steps, handrails and overhead canopies along with the provision of a four-bay hardstanding HGV container parking area and an additional loading bay to the north of the site. Additional works to include all landscaping and ground works associated with same
