Site planning risk brief

The development consists of the installation of 72m of floating mooring, access gangway and construction of a new access plinth and path connecting to existing path. Installation of a single 9m length unit with lower freeboard for canoes and small boats. Cleaning and small amount of dredging 65m3 of the area beside the existing quay steps to improve access for small boats and canoes. The proposal will involve works to or within the curtilage of the following protected structure Quay and Slipway (RPS 097). A Natura Impact Statement and Ecological Impact Assessment have been prepared and included as part of the planning application.

(i) retention of a single storey sunroom extension to the south elevation of existing dwelling and retention of a single storey extension to the east and north elevation of existing garage and additional door and window to the west elevation and single leaf wall to south elevation and brick plinth to west elevation and all ancillary site works (ii) proposed on site surface water drainage

Construct 1) A new rear and side extension to an existing house (a Protected Structure RPS No.087, NIAH no15004033); 2) internal and external alterations to the existing house; 3) new connection to the public sewer via a new pumping station with the decommissioning of the existing septic tank; 4) the construction of a new road entrance and associated driveway 5) the construction of a new riverside flood defence wall; and 6) all ancillary site works. This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement

The development will consist of the following: (i) Proposed change of use from a Tile Centre to a Gymnasium, Gymnasium will include an indoor Astro Turf Pitch, dressing rooms and toilet facilities (ii) alterations to selected elevations (iii) external signage (iv) and all associated internal, external and site works
