Retention of minor internal alterations and permission for the construction of an extension to the rear of an existing dwelling which is a protected structure (RPS NO.140 and NIAH No. 15007058) and all associated site development works.

Permission is sought to close the existing vehicular entrance from Ballymahon road and open a separate new vehicular entrance with access from Roslevin lawns.

Internal and external alterations and single-storey extension within enclosed yard to provide enhanced staff welfare facilities, improved public toilets including a new ‘Changing Places’ facility for the disabled, additional fire safety measures and better means of escape at Athlone Railway Station which is a protected structure, RPS ref. 147
