A new dwelling comprising of a two-storey block with a single storey wing and adjacent shed. The building is to be serviced by a new water treatment system/septic tank and accessed by a new site entrance to the public road. The development is to also include inter alia, all necessary alterations to the existing landscaping, site services and all associated site works
