1) Demolition of existing single storey sections to the east and south sides of the building and replacement of same with a new single storey extension to the east side of the building with additional floor space to accommodate facilities for mechanics and extended parts storeroom 2) Renovations to existing reception/office/parts area to incorporate a new ground floor layout and a first-floor canteen and storeroom including the addition of a second-storey extension to accommodate new staff offices, board room and toilet facilities 3) Renovations to the workshop area to include increasing the height of rear of the workshop to allow Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) to pass through and to lengthen Bays 4 to Bay 8 4) New cladding to front and sides of the building to comply with the accompanying Renault Trucks Dealer Facility Standards and Branding 5) Installation of solar paneling and all associated site works

Retention permission for the following: 1) 105.41sqm floor area of existing commercial truck service, parts and sales area 2) 742.58sqm floor area of existing workshop space 3) Existing site signage. Planning permission for the following works: 1) Decommissioning of existing septic tank and percolation area and replacement of same with a new septic tank and percolation area 2) Close existing business site entrance and construct a new business site entrance 3) Remove existing container currently used as a canteen 4) Install a new truck wash facility, underground oil interceptor tanks, new concrete apron/hardstanding parking area and landscaping to the overall development 5) New site signage; and all associated site works at our premises

To construct an additional bay to the western end of the workshop, single storey staff offices, toilets, reception and waiting area ancillary to the use of the premises and all associated site works at our premises.

Demolition of the existing office block and construct a new 2 storey office block ancillary to the main use of Reynolds Commercials and all associated site works

Decommissioning of existing septic tank and replacement of same with a single dwelling treatment system with percolation area and all associated site works

Retention of a single-storey extension to the north and west elevation of the existing dwelling and all ancillary site works
