Two Velux roof lights located at the rear of the proposed extension, attic of the proposed extension to be converted to accommodate office storage space. Exterior finish including windows, doors and roof tiles and wall finish to match the existing house. This planning permission application to provide for all associated ancillary site works

Change of use (removal of condition2 of Planning Reference 01/5248) from restricted use as a dwelling to use by all classes of persons

Position of dwelling house from that previously granted under Planning Reg Number 01/5248 and retention of alterations to site entrance layout from that previously granted under Planning Reg Number 01/5248 and Permission to carry out partial realignment of road boundary ditch to improve sight lines from same

Alterations & extensions to my dwelling, to include an extension of 135sqm to the front, side and rear elevations. Also for the upgrade of the treatment system together with all associated and ancillary site works
