Extension to the bone transport area comprising of a new chill and intake area and associated site works on the northern elevation of existing meat processing factory. The development has been carried out on a site which comprises of an activity requiring an Integrated Pollution Control Licence

New external containerised 1.1MW Combined Heat and Power unit (CHP), new 80,000 litre external thermal store in place of existing larger HFO tank. New flue added to the existing flue structure and repurposing an existing flue stack, both terminating in same location as existing flues. GRP enclosure as well as all associated pipework and electrical containment

Installation of a new 18 metres slimline monopole carrying antennas, dishes, associated equipment, ground-based equipment cabinets and all associated site development works for high speed wireless data and broadband services

Construction of a rear extension

A) demolition of existing rear single storey extension and out houses (shed / car port / low level wall), b) construction of new single storey extension to the rear, c) Internal and external upgrade and repair works to existing protected structure Ref: 43-01 (Semi-detached houses) plus all associated site development works
