For the phased filling and re-contouring of two exisiting dormant sand/gravel pits (contained within the same landholding) with inert soil and stone which will be partly imported and partly derived from the existing piles of everburden surrounding each pit.

For 1) the restoration of a 6.17 hectare abandoned sand and gravel quarry to agricultural grassland, by backfilling, using imported inert soil and stone; 2) the construction of a blockwork boundary wall and 3) all temporary ancillary development including a) 1 no. site office; b) 1 no. portable toilet; c) 1 no. wheel wash and d) improvement to the site entrance, access gates and access road and internal access tracks

Permission for (1) the restoration of a 6.1 hectare abandoned sand and gravel quarry to agricultural grassland, by backfilling, using imported inert soil and stone; and (2) temporary ancillary development including (a) 1 no. site office; (b) 1 no. portable toilet; (c) 1 no. wheelwash and (d) improvement works to the site entrance, access gates and access road and internal access tracks. A Natural Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.

The construction of a dwelling house and garage, waste-water treatment system, water bore well, alterations to the existing site entrance, boundary treatments and all associated landscaping and ancillary site works

For a) proposed new single storey dwelling, b) new vehicle entrance, c) domestic garage d) domestic well, e) treatment system & percolation area along with all associated site development and facilitating works

4.0m wide x 2.1m high internal dimension with 250mm walls and 12.0 m long precast concrete underpass under the L7256 to connect our lands together with all associated pathways
