To retain extension and alterations to existing dwelling and associated site works

For the construction of a part single storey, part two storey extension to an existing dwelling house. The development will also include the installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with all associated site works

To erect a fully serviced 1.5 storey split-level style dwelling with detached domestic garage, entrance, bio-cycle treatment tank and all associated site development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To erect fully serviced 2 storey dwelling, detached garage, entrance, sewerage treatment facilities and all ancillary works

A change of house type from previously approved 1.5 storey dwelling (Pl. Ref. No. 08/1140) together with change of domestic garage plans. The revised proposal also includes a revised site layout consisting of relocation of the dwelling house and domestic garage

To carry out the following alterations to existing dwelling house: 1) Demolish single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling house, 2) Construct new two-storey extension to side and rear of existing dwelling house, to include garage and carport area to rear and 3) Upgrade existing septic tank to new mechanical wastewater treatment system and percolation area
