Planning precedent report

To construct a new two storey dwelling house with detached domestic garage, form new vehicular site entrance onto existing laneway, and to install approved proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area, together with all associated site development works. Significant further information and revised drawings have been submitted

For (1) Retention Permission for as constructed revised location of dwelling house under construction (previous approval granted under 17/400); and (2) Planning Permission to complete unfinished dwelling house and associated site development works including installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area and construction of new detached domestic garage

To retain (1) enlarged carpark area to northwest of existing church building (2) boundary fencing and associated kerbing works (3) vehicle safety barriers and drainage works (4) associated ancillary site works and structures

For the construction of 1) A slatted storage tank and 2) A dry bedded animal shed together with all associated works

Construct all weather pitch, fencing, netting, high level lighting, perimeter walking track and all associated site works

For retention of existing single storey pitched roof extension to the south west side of the existing dwelling and retention of single storey, pitched roof detached garage to the north east boundary
