For change of use of existing domestic garage to afterschool room within existing creche and pre-school facility, associated alterations to floor plans and elevations, alterations to site layout and all ancillary works. Permission also sought to retain alterations to floor plans and elevations of previously approved. Previous planning reference 20/14 applies to this application.
