For development of a whiskey maturation warehouse facility on a site of 5.36 ha. The proposed facility is comprised of two buildings: (A) a warehouse of 2,727 sqm gross floor area and 8.68m tall, containing office space (183sqm), a hand bottling facility and storage space, and (B) a whiskey maturation warehouse of 2,996sqm gross floor area and 9.74m tall. The proposed development also includes modifications to an existing site entrance off Institute Road; an internal access road; parking for 10 no. cars, and loading bay for heavy goods vehicles; a surface water attenuation pond; an on-site wastewater treatment system and polishing filter; earthworks; landscaping; perimeter fencing and gates; CCTV cameras and all ancillary site works. For development consisting of the installation of 900m2 of PV solar panels array to the existing roof areas on the south side of existing factory roofs and all ancillary site works
