Amendments to the previously granted planning Ref No. 14/1778 & 15/1090. Retention amendments include: 1. Additional floor area to both the ground and first floors within the confines of the existing built structure. 2. Omission of the external lift. 3. Amendments to all elevations including window and door revisions, internal alterations, reconfigurations of the driveway from the existing vehicular entrance and all associated site works. Permission of relocation of the garage from the East elevation to the West elevation

(A) Sub-division of the site and the construction of a new detached single storey split level four-bedroom dwelling along with all associated site development and landscaping works. (B) Provision for connection into existing foul drain for the new house. (C) Provision for surface water attenuate storage manholes with discharge via soakaways for new house. (D) Provision for two new vehicular entrances for proposed and existing dwellings with entrance piers and gates

New dormer window at rear first floor level, new and enlarged rooflights, new windows and doors front and rear

Minor demolition works to facilitate extension to rear and side (south and east) of existing ground floor to provide additional accommodation for kitchen / living / dining areas, construction of single-storey ancillary wing to side (north-west) of existing ground floor to provide bin, bike and plant store, alteration of existing roof profile to east façade of existing first floor from hip to gable to provide additional accommodation for main bedroom area, introduction of 1 no. dormer to front (north-facing) roof plane and 2 no. dormers to rear (south-facing) roof plane, along with new skylights to north and south facing roof planes and associated alterations to existing fenestration. Amendments and additions to works previously granted planning permission under planning application Reg. Ref: 23/60131. Works now proposed include small extension of ground and first floor to west façade and associated alteration of existing roof profile above from hip to gable to provide additional accommodation for bedroom area. Works also to include modification of window opening to stairs half-landing on front (north) façade, alterations to roof profile above main entrance door and introduction of skylight above stairs. Works also to include modification of previously approved dormer to front (north) elevation, along with additional dormer and skylights to this elevation along with modification to previously approved dormer to rear (south) elevation, relocation of skylights to rear (south) elevation and new chimney. Works also to include alterations to internal layouts along with associated modifications to some external door and window opes. All along with associated landscaping and site works

Amendments and additions to works previously granted planning permission under planning application Reg. Ref: 24/60158. Proposed works include a small extension of the ground and first floor to the west façade and raising the roof eaves and ridge by 300mm to provide improved accommodation on the first floor. The works also encompass modifications to the roof profile at the entrance door on the north façade, the extension of the previously approved dormer on the northwest elevation, and a new chimney position. Additionally, the pergola will be extended to the east elevation, skylights will be added, and a flat roof will be constructed to the existing watershed.
