Single storey building used as a bakery and associated works to the rear of property

1. Rear single storey building comprising of 20.8 sqm. for coffee processing for sole use of the Fat Fox restaurant/café. 2. Rear outdoor dining area comprising of 152.9sqm. 3. All ancillary works necessary to facilitate this development

(a) construction of a part single-storey, part two-storey rear extension, (b) replacement of front timber sash windows on a like-for-like basis, (c) replacement of the existing roof over the front bay window, (d) refurbishment of the main roof, gutters and downpipes, including replacement of damaged sections, (e) replacement of existing rooflights and installation of additional conservation-type rooflights to the rear roof slopes, (f) refurbishment and repair of the existing shopfront, (g) refurbishment/replacement of existing awning below the shop front, (h) internal alterations and upgrading of services, and (i) associated site and drainage works

Installation of 3 no stained glass windows in existing window openings at the Parish Centre (protected structure). This application should be read in conjunction with a concurrent planning application for development at St Mary's Church Carmelite Monastery Delgany

Proposed development comprising of: (1) A single storey extension (16 sq. metres) to rear of existing Church Hall, (2) Demolition of existing single storey structure (66.33 sq. metres) at rear of church and (3) 2-storey extension (141.86 sq. metres) including covered link into existing Church Hall at rear of church. The Greystones Presbyterian Church is located within The Harbour Architectural Conservation Area and is listed as a protected structure in the current Wicklow County Development Plan 2016-2022

Change of use from existing motor repair garage to 1. Provision of a bakery which will include, food retail area/serving hatch, seating area along with a food preparation area. 2. A two bedroom first floor apartment with ground floor rear access
