For the demolition of the existing substandard commercial unit and permission for the construction of a replacement commercial unit to comprise of packing area, storage area, offices, toilets with connection to existing septic tank, permission for the upgrading of existing entrance and car parking area and permission to RETAIN existing signage including ancillary site works

To RETAIN existing shed for storage purposes

To construct a dwelling house, entrance, domestic garage, wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter together with all associated site development works and services

To RETAIN dwelling house as built to include Garage as converted to living accommodation and sunroom to rear
